The Operations team is responsible for managing some of NorthRock’s most strategic, complex and high value projects/initiatives influencing company operations, client service, and planning advice. The current team consists of eight Associates who apply in-depth knowledge of operations, processes, and technology to execute cross-functional reporting and innovation. They partner with nearly every advice team and department across NorthRock to drive scale, ensure data consistency and drive platform integration across all parts of the organization. The Associate will help lead our digital account opening process initiatives, create accurate client deliverables for client meetings, facilitate client paperwork, and be a champion of technology innovation and change throughout the firm. Working in a team, the Associate will help elevate our spirit and culture of collaboration, innovation, and exploration that is simply contagious.
As a dependable team member of the firm, ideal candidate will create a strong reputation for producing work on time. While this role is highly operational, the Associate will create strong moments of client service in partnership with Advisors and Client Service in the client meeting prep process.
